Quick Counts

Building lists can be a tedious process. To make life easier, DMI created Quick Counts. Quick Counts allows your organization to query previous transactions based on donation history, location and demographics. You can even tell Quick Counts to exclude constituents that were mailed in previous campaigns. Queries can be saved, edited, and reran as needed. With Quick Counts, its easy to get a jump start on ordering your list.

• Quickly retrieve counts of the number of constituents meeting specific criteria.
• Have prior orders ommitted from counts.
• Upload a file containing a list of zip codes to use in your criteria.
• Save counts and criteria so they can be rerun when needed.
